Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center is located in the heart of Gainesville, Georgia. The trans-disciplinary team includes nurses, hospice aides, spiritual care workers, social workers, personal physicians, the hospice medical director, pharmacists, volunteers, bereavement counselors, and complimentary service contractors. Hospice cares for those diagnosed with terminal illnesses by tailoring individual care plans to address physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Heart Song provides music therapy services to patients who have been referred by the trans-disciplinary team. Heart Song also provides Bereavement services to family members and students in the hall county area.
